Chef Mark Ashton and his team are committed to providing you with a memorable winery dining experience.  Our menu features naturally and ethically raised meats from small BC farms, and local cheeses. We are fortunate to have access to the abundant organic produce that grows in our garden & locally, and we showcase it with seasonally inspired menu items.  Lake Breeze is also a proud participant in the Ocean Wise program, promoting sustainable seafood.  Additionally, the breads and buns you see on the menu were baked fresh this morning in our kitchen.
