Paritially fermented Ehrenfelser was fortified using alcohol distilled from our own wine and aged in neutral barrels for 4 years. Flavours of caramel and nuts combine with hints of very ripe tropical fruit. A good acidity ensures that the sweetness is not cloying. Recommended cellaring: drink now or up to 20 years.
