2015 Zephyr Brut

This sparkling wine is made in the traditional method by creating a secondary fermentation inside the bottle.  Made from Pinot Blanc grapes, it is an elegant mix of apple and peach with a slightly bread-like note on the finish.  Recommended cellaring: drink now or up to 10 years.
